Customer Service Associate- VCS: Voice Process/Chat
- Virtual Customer Service (VCS): (Full-time) -
- It is a Work from Home model for India CS. VCS associates are expected to work from a home location approved by Amazon for all scheduled hours.
- It is the responsibility of the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and work-like environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.
- We are hiring for Virtual Customer Service Associates
- Excellent Communication skills in English is a must.
- Salary Range :
- Voice Process: 1,74,845- 2,10,315
- Chat: 1,58,950 - 1,91,196
- Additional Benefit - Meal Vouchers + Internet Reimbursement + Night Shift Allowance, Over Time Payout, Health Insurance
- Qualifications required:
- Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply.
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
