Job Description
- Successful
candidates will be able to determine efficient ways of collecting,organizing
and analyzing a wide range of data and communicating results to various
constituencies.
- Those candidates will also possess a high level of emotional intelligence,
a gentle and caring attitude and most important, a willingness to collaborate
with a dynamic team of engaged educators.
- The ideal candidate will also have a
demonstrated interest in multicultural education, educational technology
and a deep concern for educational access, diversity and inclusion.
- Develop and
maintain Planning Database and collaborate with other internal database
operators to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare a
variety of narrative and statistical lists, records, and reports related to ongoing,
longitudinal evaluation and renewal of key unit functions and programs,e.g.,
research reports, article analysis, list, ideas and concepts related to topic performance,
instruction and course evaluation, community climate, student life programming,
and athletic programming.
- Provide data
analysis for projects as assigned by Director of project Planning.
- Oversee
protocols to ensure accuracy of data entry and security in internal databases, including ability to compare data and identify errors/discrepancies/anomalies.
