  • Designation: Virtual Relationships Manager
  • Qualifications: Min Graduate
  • Shifts: Day shifts 9.30am-6.30pm
  • Salary: 3.5LPA
  • Location- Thane
Job Description;
  • Develop and Expands Existing high Net worth Customer Relationships sourcing family Accounts cross sell bank products & build penetration for remote banking channels like net/mobile banking informs customer of new products or product enhancement to further expand the banking relationship. 
  • Maintain complete Relationship record for assigned customer account. 
  • Ensure high level of customer service orientation to meet benchmark NPS. 
  • Collaborates with the field sales team to ensure lower cycle time and best conversion
