Job Description
Aditya Birla is hiring Virtual Relationship Manager (Female candidates only). Salary up to ₹5.5 LPA + incentives. The role involves engaging with clients via outbound/inbound calls, promoting and selling investment & insurance products (mutual funds, stocks, trading services), maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Eligibility: Min. 1 year experience in BFSI call center roles (NBFCs, banks, insurance, mutual funds). Strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills (English, Versant score 5), and customer-focused approach required.
Preferred: Experience in outbound sales/customer service, ability to resolve queries effectively, negotiation & interpersonal skills, and CRM proficiency.
