Virtual Tour Capture Executive (Field Role)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Work Mode: On-site (Field-Based Role)
Role Overview
Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Virtual Tour Capture Executives.
This role involves visiting construction and real estate project sites across Mumbai to capture 360° photos, videos, and walkthrough documentation for digital project records and virtual tours.
The position offers excellent field exposure and hands-on experience in construction technology, site documentation, and digital property capture.
Freshers who are interested in field operations, photography, videography, and real estate technology are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction and real estate project sites across Mumbai
- Capture 360° photos and videos of project sites
- Record walkthrough videos of under-construction and completed properties
- Assist in virtual tour creation and site documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams during site visits
- Upload and organize captured images and videos on company platforms
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality of captured media
- Maintain proper digital records of site captures
- Share daily updates and reports with the reporting manager
- Follow site safety and company guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply (any stream)
- Basic familiarity with smartphones, cameras, or digital photography
- Interest in field operations, photography, or videography
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable visiting construction sites
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for site visits
Note: This role requires frequent site travel across Mumbai.
