Job Description
Supporting Expat & Impat Portfolio for Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Pvt Ltd. (MBRDI), Bangalore location.
• Impat Management : Adherence to global assignment policy and support for timely assignment start at host location in alignment to business requirement. Reporting to DAG on the current and upcoming impat assignments on compensation data in accordance to statutory requirements at host and home location. Interaction with Business Units on impat requirements on regular basis. Ensuring smooth repatriation.
• Keeping abreast on the latest government guidelines/ regulations on immigration (Global).
• SAP support for PR and PO activities.
• Expat & Impat Digitilization: to update the Digital Tool and keep update on dash boards and also coordinate with assignees, responsible functions to ensure the tasks are completed
• Monthly Reporting: Assignment related reporting to be done timely in coordination with MB approved external service providers, Deloitte, OSHRS, ( Monthly )
• Monthly internal documentation: necessary reports pertaining to assignment to shared with internal functions with necessary slides, consolidated reports as per business requirements.
• Hike and PBP: Any changes in remuneration needs to be documented and sent to host HR for necessary implementation in the system, contracts to be printed and signed.
• Weekly Meetings: Open points from weekly meetings to be captured through MOM and to be closed as per agreed timelines
