Job Description

We are looking for visa and travel assistant for application processing, administrative support , consulting on visa documentations, coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. etc.

Required skills-
Candidate should have good communication skills Good knowledge of MS office

Previous knowledge of travel and immigration will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support, including answering phones and greeting guests

Booking travel reservations for the client and managing their itinerary

Coordinating with tour guides, local guides, drivers, and other support staff to ensure smooth operation of the trip

Collecting payments from clients and handling incidental cash transactions during the trip

Serving as a liaison between the client and travel company, handling issues that arise during travel

Updating the client’s contact list with names, phone numbers, and email addresses of all individuals who will be part of the trip

Arranging for transfers between airports, hotels, cruise ships, etc.

Resolving complaints made by the client or staff members of the travel company

Accompanying the client on trips to provide assistance with activities such as sightseeing or attending social events
