Job Description
The Relationship Developer will be responsible for facilitating student and client relationships through educating and engaging our user base in all the appropriate and available platforms in the business to deliver value to our clients.He/she will be the primary link between the clients,and the specialist internal functions hence must provide the services in sync with our core values and best practices.The Relationship Developer will have operational and revenue targets
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Forge robust and lasting relationships with the clients to derive the best outcome for them
- Assessing student goals and objectives, and credentials using the appropriate internal tools
- Formulating/validating proper recommendations for our students backed by data and research
- Facilitating the interaction between students and universities to accomplish their higher education plans
- Understand updated information on higher education, career opportunities and industry dynamics to drive best outcomes for students
- Facilitate administrative requirements throughout the student journey e.g. SoP/LoR, application, visa etc.
- Interact with universities to manage relationships, internal communication and learning and development
- Revenue generation based on the assigned portfolio
- Bachelors/Masters in any field
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in higher education management / 4 - 6 years experience in relationship management
