Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Visa Executive to manage and coordinate all activities related to visa processing for business and personal travel. The Visa Executive will be responsible for handling visa applications, coordinating with embassies, consulates, and visa agents, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation for international travel of employees or clients.
The ideal candidate must be well-versed in visa procedures for various countries, have good communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Client consultation and coordination on calls and emails
Understanding the requirements of the clients and guiding them
Sending quotations of Visa requirements and taking follow ups
Verification of the documents required for the Visa and resolving the queries of the clients if any Processing the visa applications
Coordination with the embassy/consulates
Documentation
Follow-ups
Required Skills and Competencies:

Good knowledge of visa rules and procedures for major countries (USA, UK, Schengen, UAE, Singapore, etc.)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling

Time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

Problem-solving and coordination abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with travel or visa software is a plus
