Job Summary

US Immigration & US HR

End to End Immigration-related activities monitoring

Involved in visa processing related activities for all kind of visa categories: H1B/H4, EAD/I-140/PERM/GC

• Vendor / Client Coordination regarding Agreements / USCIS related letters
• Coordinating with the Attorneys on Petition filing / LCA Posting & LCA filing and all End to End immigration-related
• Handling Level2 escalations from the Employees of all categories W2/C2C
• E-Verify / Documents preparation for various level of actions like onboarding / Visa / Exit Management system
• Creating various reports and maintaining various databases
• End to End communications email/ voice calls/chat/video calls – All Levels
• Handling various portals and coordinating with Information The technology team for the smooth functioning of all software and hardware

Responsibilities and Duties Immigration:

• Overall US Visa Processing – Specialist in H1B/H4  Petition filing
• Co-Ordinate with Attorney on Preparing relevant forms, documents verification till submitting to the USCIS
• Issuing Employment Verification & Port of Entry letters for visitor
• Processing the requests till the visa gets stamped in the passport and generating the MIS
• H1B – New Employment/Amendment/Extension/F1-H1B conversion
• Visa Stamping related process in Home Country & B1/B2 Visa Processing
• Handling RFEs and resubmitting with proper document evidence to USCIS through Attorney
• Coordinate with the Vendor / Client on behalf of the consultants and getting the relevant letters required for the Visa related documentation
• Preparing Employer side documentations relevant to the entire visa and petition
