Job Description

Manage visa processing: Oversee the entire process of visa and work permit applications for employees, from submission to final approval.
Ensure compliance: Ensure all visa and immigration activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Employee support: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance, support, and assistance with visa-related queries and issues.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized records of all visa applications and statuses.
Liaise with authorities: Coordinate with external immigration authorities, legal advisors, and other agencies as needed.
Policy development: Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide visa management policies and procedures.
Training and updates: Train employees on immigration policies and procedures, and stay informed about changes in immigration laws to update policies accordingly.
