Job Description
Position Summary
The Visa Processing Consultant plays a key role in managing the full cycle of visa applications—from initial client consultation to documentation, submission, tracking, and final approvals. The consultant is expected to stay up-to-date with the latest immigration policies and procedures of countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Schengen states, and others, and guide clients accordingly.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring a smooth and hassle-free visa experience for the client.
- Providing Expert Advice: Visa Processing Consultants offer detailed information and guidance on various types of visas, including tourist, business, and student visas.
- Application Assistance: They assist clients with completing visa applications, gathering necessary documentation, and preparing for interviews.
- Compliance with Regulations: Consultant ensure that all applications adhere to current immigration laws and regulations.
- Communication: They maintain clear communication with clients throughout the application process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management: Some roles may also involve sales activities, such as presenting tailored proposals and meeting sales targets.
Key Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); knowledge of local/regional languages is a plus.
