Visiting Consultant Job in HAL at Nashik

HAL Hospital Nasik requires Visiting Consultant Doctors at the Main Hospital in Ojhar Township, Nasik. The details of engagement are given hereunder:

1. Post Name: Visiting Consultant

2. Speciality: Ophthalmic Surgeon

3. No.of Specialist required: 01

4. Qualification: MBBS+ Diploma in Ophthalmology / MS (Ophthalmology)

5. Minimum Experience: 05 years

6. Qualification should be recognized by Medical Council of India. He/she should have valid MCI Registration under the Medical Council of India Act.

7. No.of visit: 02 visit in a week

8. Duration per visit (minimum): 02 Hours per visit

9. Job Specification: Conduct Phaco surgeries in HAL Hospital. Provide pre-surgery and post surgery care to patients

10. Period: The Specialist will be engaged initially for a period of two years, which may be extended further for two years based on the requirement of the Hospital and performance of the Specialist. Performance of the Specialist will be assessed by the Head of the Hospital during the said period. They will be reporting to the Head of the Hospital.

11. Remuneration:

a. Applicants are required to clearly indicate the expected remuneration per visit (considering minimum 2 hours' visit) in the application form. In addition to the remuneration, the Visiting Consultants performing Surgeries would be paid an extra amount of Rs.1000/- per Surgery. The Surgery would be conducted during the period of their regular visiting hours only.

b. In addition to the aforesaid remuneration per visit / surgery fees, the selected candidate will be eligible for Conveyance reimbursement of Rs. 12/- per km. However, minimum conveyance amount will be Rs. 250/- per visit).
