Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT University) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow
1. Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow
2. Title of Project: “A novel method of on-board hydrogen generation by methanol steam reforming with engine heat recovery strategy for direct injection of hydrogen in a CNG fuelled automotive SI engine".
3. Qualification: First-class in ME/ M.Tech. (with specialization in Automotive Engineering or a related field)
4. Desirable (if any): With a strong background in engine electronics and engine controller development and engine design. Experience in engine testing and data acquisition and processing is preferred.
5. Stipend: Rs. 31,000 pm + 8% HRA for two years and Rs. 35,000 pm + 8% HRA for 3rd year (for GATE qualified candidates with valid score)
6. Duration: 36 Months
7. Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India
