Qualification : MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed Institute  Proven work experience as Human Resource Manager  Preferable to have experience in two or more of the following areas: human resources management, organizational development/change management, process improvement (Six Sigma preferred), compensation, Staffing, Promotion, Performance Evaluation  Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise.  Outstanding communication and presentation skills.    High level of Interpersonal Skills and Integrity; Solid Team Player.   Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership. Qualification : MLIS /Ph.D with relevant library and academic experience .

Experience : Proficient knowledge on  library policies, procedures, methods, ethics and professional standards  library programming standards computerized information database systems capabilities and information resources of the Internet and other electronic databases  communication and presentation skills  capability to prioritize your work and meet deadlines;  organizational and self management skills  Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.  knowledge of key trends in library science, including the ability to evaluate emerging technologies  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Programmer

Qualification & Experience  : BSc/BA in computer science, software engineering or relevant discipline  proven experience as a programmer or relevant role  Ability to program in languages such as C++, Java (J2EE), XML, Python etc.  Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)  Excellent knowledge with relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies Detail oriented and excellent concentration ability  An analytical mindset and critical thinking  Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code communication and presentation skills  capability to prioritize your work and meet deadlines.
