Job Description

Set up and operate Mazak VMC machines (Mazatrol / EIA-ISO controls).

Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and offsets.

Perform basic programming edits and tool offset adjustments.

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.

Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, etc.).

Maintain production records and documentation.

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Troubleshoot minor machining issues and report major problems to supervisor.
