Job Description: VMC Setter
We are looking for a skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Setter to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating VMC machines to ensure accurate machining of components as per quality standards.
Qualification:

12th Pass / Diploma / BE (Mechanical).

Knowledge of programming and machining operations is mandatory.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in VMC operations.
Responsibilities:

Prepare the VMC machine for production by installing tools, fixtures, and materials.

Monitor the machining process to ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications.

Identify and resolve mechanical issues and perform basic repairs to keep the machine running efficiently.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.

Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of the machine.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:

Strong understanding of machining processes and VMC operations.
