Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving CNC & VMC machining operations, Machine Shop production & overall performance in shifts.
Skill & hands on experience in CNC VMC machining process.
Should have good knowledge about cutting tools selection & usages.
Should have good planning & execution skills related to machine shop productivity.
Should have good knowledge on Supporting documents along with Programming.
Should have analytical skills.
Should be able to train the team on technical challenges,
Know about basic machine maintenance.
Should be a good listener & should take effective decision related to productive output
Should be able to handle different kinds work pressure & ensure to make productive improvements always.
