Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Work with customers to Design, Deploy, Upgrade, Migrate EUCSolutions.

 Create design documents and presentations.

 Deploy Horizon enterprise and Horizon cloud on Azure solutions, including all supporting components not limited to Appvolumes, DEM, FSLogix etc.

 Integration of Horizon solution to WS1 Access and WS1 UEM.

 Deployment and configuration of IDM/IDP/MFA solutions not limited to WS1 Access, EntraID, Ping, OKTA, Yubikey, Duo etc.

 Perform upgrades of Horizon enterprise versions

 Perform upgrade/migration from Horizon Cloud on Azure v1 to Horizon Cloud on Azure next-gen.

 Perform migration between EUC platforms and versions.

 Work with customers on user migrations.

 Work with customers on Capacity planning, Change management, Incident management, Patch management and problem management.

 Work with customers on resolving end-user issues.

 Perform root cause analysis. Be responsible for customer and end user experience.

 Create reports and participate in internal & customer reviews.

Primary Skill Set

 Must have 5-8+ years of proven experience with VMware Horizon, Horizon Cloud on Azure, vSphere, Microsoft Active Directory, VMware workspace one UEM, VMware DEM, 3rd party IDM/IDP integration, Azure Virtual Desktop, EntraID.

 Must be VMware VCP DTM Certified and Azure certified.

 Must have good knowledge & exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS.

 Must have experience implementing projects on Horizon, HorizonCloud on Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

 Knowledge on storage technologies.

 Knowledge on networking with good foundation on LAN Technologies such as network switching and routing and DNS, etc.

 Windows Server Administration and troubleshooting Skills.

 Hands-on skills in Hyper converged infrastructure.

Secondary Skill Set

 100% Fluency on English.

 Good verbal and Written Communication

 Good Team player work with senior team members, conduct technical session, mentoring juniors.

 Ability to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Self-motivated and results oriented.

 A demonstrated positive and proactive approach

 Expected to work US and UK shifts based on the organizational needs and be available to be on- call on a rotational basis including night shifts

Experience:

 5+ years of experience in EUC

Education:

 Any Engineering /Diploma/BSC/MCA / MCM (with IT specialization)
