Your Role and Responsibilities
As Infrastructure Architect, you will focus on the development and design of Mobile Virtualization Solutions that support the business requirements of the client.
- Included in the focus areas are the critical evaluation and selection of the software and hardware components (including partners) of the infrastructure.
- Best practices in this role use reference architectures and service product assets to develop conceptual and detailed designs.
- Responsible for performance, availability and scalability of the solution and the impact on the client's infrastructure.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
8 -10 years of experience with Virtualized environments to include VDI, and thin/zero-clients
Expertise in L3 VDI Administration (Pools, Entitlements, Hosted {Apps/desktops} vs. Virtual desktops)
Solid understanding Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, 2012, 2016)
Working knowledge on Microsoft Azure.
Proficient to manage DHCP and DNS
Proven expertise in Windows Server components: configuring & troubleshooting of ADDS, ADCS, Domain.
Prior experience in SME level troubleshooting servers, workstations, and user experience issues with apps.
Proficient in creating and updating group policies and procedures along with Controllers & RODC, GPOs, Windows file server shares and security - (in a simple vs. adv. configuration like multi-site)
Demonstrated capability Identity Management – specific to current VMware Identity Management solutions
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
Experience in Horizon Cloud - Capacity Planning and Plan and Perform Upgrades.
Windows Server & Desktop management
Demonstrable understanding in configuring and troubleshooting of network components OSI Stack (subnets, VLANs, etc.) along with Load balancers and VPNs
Understanding of ITIL foundations
Ability to work multiple projects and rapidly integrate and support new customers/environments
You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
