Eligibility Criteria:
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the skill development industry
For Retail Sector (Location: North 24 Parganas):
• Master’s Degree in Management / Business Administration
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the skill development industry
Job Responsibilities:• Monitoring and coordination of vocational training programs
• Supporting trainers and ensuring quality delivery
• Coordination with schools and authorities
• Reporting and compliance tasks
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Coordination & Planning
-
Develop, implement, and monitor vocational training schedules and curricula in collaboration with training providers and educational institutions.

Coordinate the logistics for training sessions including venue arrangements, training materials, and instructor assignments.
-
Ensure training programs are aligned with industry standards and labor market demands.

Assist in the design of vocational courses to meet the needs of diverse participants, including persons with disabilities or disadvantaged groups.
2. Participant Management
-
Oversee the recruitment, enrollment, and orientation of trainees into vocational programs.

Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, assessments, and certifications.
-
Provide ongoing support and counseling to trainees to address barriers to successful completion.

Monitor trainee performance and liaise with trainers to identify and resolve learning difficulties.
3. Employer Engagement & Placement
-
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, industries, and employers for internship and job placement opportunities.

Coordinate job fairs, employer visits, and on-the-job training (OJT) programs.

Facilitate the placement of trainees into suitable employment or further education opportunities.

Collect and analyze feedback from employers and trainees to improve vocational services.
4. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all vocational programs comply with organizational policies, funding agency requirements, and government regulations.

Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, participant progress, and placement statistics.

Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications related to vocational initiatives.

Maintain confidentiality and security of participant and organizational data.
5. Training & Capacity Building
-
Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and refresher training for trainers and staff.

Stay updated with the latest trends in vocational education and workforce development.

Assist in capacity building of team members and stakeholders.
