Vocational Trainer Job in ITeach at Yerawada, Pune

● Raw material procurement

● Maintenance and Inventory of tools and raw material

● Make lesson plans as per curriculum & conduct practical sessions accordingly.

● Ensure timely completion of syllabus.

● Motivate students to actively participate in training.

● Conduct Guest lectures, field visits etc. to give exposure to the students.

● Be aware of various career opportunities for the students and guide them in making informed career choices.
Experience & Competencies:

● S/he should have sound knowledge of the technical subjects and good basic general knowledge.

● S/he should have good teaching / mentoring skills.

● S/he should have a pro-entrepreneurial attitude and should have a strong belief in the skills and abilities of aspiring entrepreneurs, the ability to identify them, and create opportunities for special mentoring for such cases.

● S/he should be self-driven and should possess an attitude of perseverance, proactivity, critical thinking, and willingness to learn.

● S/he should remain committed towards strong values of Integrity, Commitment, Accountability, and Transparency at every level of work.

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic or ITI / Polytechnic –Diploma in Technical trade.

● Basic proficiency in English

● Basic Computer operating knowledge

● Experience in the following fields will be an advantage- Teaching/training- Skill education-related work- Work in the Social sector
