Job Summary
The Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls to provide exceptional customer support. This role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service quality standards in alignment with Cognizant’s operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate, timely responses.
- Assist customers with account information, product details, billing queries, and service-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic problems and provide clear solutions or escalate to the appropriate department if required.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer experience in every interaction.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance rules, and quality guidelines.
- Log call details, customer interactions, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time (AHT), quality scores, CSAT, and attendance targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, process changes, and organizational updates.
