Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
-
Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective or existing customers based on the assigned campaign.

Engage customers professionally, introduce the product or service clearly, and build interest.

Follow pre-defined scripts or sales pitches while maintaining a natural and conversational tone.
2. Lead Generation & Sales
-
Convince customers to take desired action – such as booking a service, purchasing a product, or scheduling a demo.
-
Capture and update accurate customer details in the CRM or call tracking system.
-
Identify potential leads and escalate high-potential calls to the sales team if required.
3. Customer Relationship Management
-
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with all customers.
-
Listen actively to customer needs and provide clear information or solutions.
-
Follow up on previous calls and maintain continuity in customer interaction wherever applicable.
4. Data Management & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes, and customer feedback.
-
Update databases in real time and ensure compliance with process documentation standards.
-
Share daily, weekly, or monthly call reports with the Team Leader.
5. Team Coordination & Performance
-
Participate in team meetings, huddles, and performance discussions.
-
Take part in training programs to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, or leads.
6. Compliance & Quality
-
Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures during every customer interaction.

Ensure calls are conducted professionally and in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., DND policies).

Handle customer data responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
Communication Skills:
-
Clear and confident verbal communication.
-
Good listening skills and patience to deal with various customer types.

Ability to build rapport and convince customers over the phone.
Technical Skills:
-
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Familiarity with call center software (e.g., dialers, CRMs) is a plus.

Ability to learn new tools or systems quickly.
Soft Skills:

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Good time management and multitasking ability.

High level of energy, enthusiasm, and persistence.
