Job Description

We are looking for a Voice process executive that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities:-

-handling customers

-handling their queries

-maintaining excel sheet

-handling calls, emails etc.

Education: Non Graduates and Graduates.

Gender: Male / Female

Languages: English only

Working days: Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule: Night shift

Experience: Fresher & non fresher can apply
