Job Description

We are hiring for Process Executive (Voice Process). Both fresher as well as candidates with work experience in the relevant sector can apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling calls that customer or prospects make
Outbound Calling for data collection
Providing Support to Customers
Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations
Generating sales through outbound calling

Required Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English
Excellent negotiation skills
Very good marketing skills
Good listening skills
A neutral accent (clear voice without any influences from the mother tongue)
Ability to solve the customer's queries quickly
Basic knowledge of computer is mandatory
Qualification:Graduation\ Bachelor's Degree in any field of study

Experience:

Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in International BPO \Telecom industry \Banking industry \ Medical industry in voice process will be given preference
However Freshers with the above mentioned skills can also apply.
