Job Description
- We are hiring for Process Executive (Voice Process). Both fresher as well as candidates with work experience in the relevant sector can apply.
- Handling calls that customer or prospects make
- Outbound Calling for data collection
- Providing Support to Customers
- Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations
- Generating sales through outbound calling
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Very good marketing skills
- Good listening skills
- A neutral accent (clear voice without any influences from the mother tongue)
- Ability to solve the customer's queries quickly
- Basic knowledge of computer is mandatory
- Qualification:Graduation\ Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
- Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in International BPO \Telecom industry \Banking industry \ Medical industry in voice process will be given preference
- However Freshers with the above mentioned skills can also apply.
