WE are hiring Fresher’s for Voice Process Executive

Education: Any Graduation
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Location: BTP Whitefield till January 2026 and then from Bellandur. (Work from office)
Employment type: 6 months contract (extendable)
Selected candidates will undergo training for 30 to 45 days followed by an assessment; candidates who are successful in the assessment will continue with the contract.
Skills required
· Managing inbound calls from Bank’s customers
· Customer servicing, Queries, Requests management
· Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism
· Good fluency in English communication (Hindi is added advantage)
· Flexible in working in all shifts (Rotational shift & Split shift)
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling & Communication
-
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Make outbound calls to inform customers about offers, promotions, and updates when required.

Handle customer complaints, grievances, and escalations in a professional manner.

Maintain a polite, empathetic, and helpful tone throughout all customer interactions.
2. Problem Solving & Query Resolution
-
Understand customer concerns and provide prompt resolutions within defined timelines.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to team leaders or higher management when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction after resolving queries.

Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach during difficult conversations.
3. Sales & Upselling (If Applicable)

Promote products or services during calls, wherever relevant.

Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or upgrades to improve their experience.

Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Data Entry & Documentation
-
Accurately record call details, customer information, and resolutions in the CRM or call management system.

Maintain proper records of follow-ups, pending requests, and escalations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call performance and customer feedback.
5. Process Compliance & Quality Standards
-
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), scripts, and call guidelines set by the company.

Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection laws, and customer confidentiality.

Maintain quality standards by keeping calls concise, informative, and customer-focused.
