Job Summary
This is voice process for US calling (both Inbound and Outbound) with the exposure of US Taxation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Will be responsible to call clients and explain them about the services we provide.
Take the incoming calls to guide the clients through the process.
Purely Night Shifts.
Qualifications and Skills
Any Degree with excellent communication skills.
Should be fluent in English
