Job Description
- The Customer Service Executives (CSEs) should attend the incoming or make outgoing calls to the client’s customers or prospects to provide any clarification or information pertaining to the client’s products or services.
- The CSEs would capture the all necessary details of the call in the application provided.
- Where required, the CSE would book an appointment with the client’s field executive for a face to face meeting / or for relevant process – focus on collection or sale or upsell on call.
- Shift timings – Day shift only - Monday to Saturday, 9 30am to 6 30pm or 10 am – 7 pm.
