Job Description
The Incumbent will be responsible for:
Candidate should have the following:
1. Basic knowledge of Health Insurance
2. Should have good communication skills- Both English and Hindi
3. Should be a graduate at-least or final year result awaited or final year persuing.
4. Experience in voice process preferred
5. Knowledge of any regional language- would be and added advantage along with Hindi and English
Experience: 06 months to 1 year experienced
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Noida
Shift Timing : Rotational (Day and Night)
Designation: Manager - Voice Operations
Other Details:
- Responding to customer queries related to health insurance claims, policy etc. through calls.
- Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances
- Maintaining the AHT for the process
- No target.
