Meet daily call targets, quality standards, and KPIs

Follow scripts, compliance, and company policies

Escalate complex cases to supervisors when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional language

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Ability to convince and handle objections
-
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset

Willingness to work in shifts if required
