Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication (Inbound/Outbound)

Handle incoming customer calls to provide information, resolve issues, or address inquiries related to the company’s products or services.

Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers for follow-ups, reminders, surveys, or promotional offers (depending on the process).

Speak clearly, maintain a polite tone, and ensure a professional conversation at all times.

Identify customer needs quickly and provide accurate and satisfactory solutions.
2. Query Resolution and Problem Solving

Listen actively to customer concerns and investigate issues using internal tools or knowledge base.

Offer first-call resolution whenever possible, or escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments or senior staff.

Guide customers through procedures, services, or troubleshooting steps, as applicable.
3. Documentation and Reporting

Accurately log all call details, customer feedback, and action taken in CRM or call tracking software.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data and ensure secure information handling.

Prepare daily call reports, feedback summaries, or quality improvement suggestions when required.
4. Adherence to Quality and Compliance

Follow communication scripts, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Meet performance standards set by the company for call quality, customer satisfaction, response time, and other KPIs.

Stay compliant with data privacy, regulatory norms, and security guidelines.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams like technical support, billing, sales, or operations to resolve complex customer queries.

Report any recurring issues or customer complaints to the supervisor for process improvement.
6. Upselling and Promotions

Promote relevant products or services to customers during appropriate interactions.

Upsell or cross-sell services as per script or guidelines (in case of outbound sales process).
