Sales Co-ordinator/Pre-sales executive/Student counselor)
Salary: 25 k CTC - 32 k CTC + High Paid Incentive
Skills: Good communication in English-Tamil/ Ms-Office/B2C-B2B sales knowledge/ Mail Drafting / Lead Generation/Call Convincing skills/ Good attitude with professional.
Skills Required:1.Applicants should possess at least one year of experience in a sales process, such as banking, insurance, or a related field.
2.Robust sales and negotiation abilities
3.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
4.Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets
5.English-Tamil or Hindi additional Speaking candidate is preferred
JD :
Handle new leads and counsel the Employee on course
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Leading the entire admissions of the region.
Handling sales and Operations in PAN India.
Mentor Sales team to help them achieve individual & team objectives Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and program.
