Job Description
We’re looking for an empathetic, patient, and conversationally skilled Counsellor to talk with users over audio calls within the Jigri app. Your role is to engage in friendly, understanding, and positive conversations that help users feel emotionally supported and connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in 1-on-1 voice calls with users via the Jigri app.
- Maintain active presence in the app for 8 hours per day.
- Maintain a supportive, non-judgmental tone throughout conversations.
- Follow Jigri’s communication guidelines and maintain professional boundaries.
- Complete assigned training modules and participate in feedback sessions.
Performance & Salary Structure
Performance is primary assessed on below 3 criteria:
- Active time in the app: 8 hours/day
- Minimum calls per day: 40
- Average call duration: 10 minutes
Evaluation & Onboarding Process
- Step 1: Induction – Attend an onboarding call to understand Jigri’s guidelines and expectations.
- Step 2: we will share an app install link, you have to install the app using the link & complete the profile creation process at one go, please do not leave the flow at any point.
- Step 3: After profile completion and approval you can go live & next 3 days of performance is considered in the evaluation stage.
- Step 4: Evaluation Period (3 Days) – Your performance will be monitored based on the 3 criteria above.
- Only after successful completion of the evaluation period & meeting the criteria will be enrolled into payroll.
Who Can Apply
- Female candidates with strong communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable having voice-based conversations with male users.
- Must be emotionally mature, empathetic, and patient.
- Ability to stay online for 8 hours a day.
- Proficiency in Hindi and/or English (other regional languages are a plus).
- Past experience as telecallers are preferred

- Take a minimum of 40 calls per day.
- Ensure each call has an average duration of at least 10 minutes.
- Failing to fulfill any of the above criteria will result partial earning which will be calculated on prorate basis.
