Position Title: VoIP and SMS Sales Representative
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: NOIDA Sec 18
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing clients for both VoIP and SMS services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and inbound leads.
- Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of the VoIP and SMS products offered, including features, benefits, and industry applications, to effectively communicate and position these solutions to clients.
- Customer Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their communication needs, provide tailored VoIP and SMS solutions, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients to explain the value proposition of VoIP and SMS services.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and a smooth sales closure process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Industry Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position our products and remain competitive in the marketplace.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications, VoIP, or SMS industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of VoIP and SMS technologies, features, and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at various levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
