We are looking for good and representable waiter, male or female, must speak English or Hindi . We can provide food and accommodation. plus salary. If u know any barista skills would be of advantage .

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Waiter to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness while delivering a friendly and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greeting & Seating Guests – Welcome customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
✅ Taking Orders – Accurately record food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
✅ Serving Food & Drinks – Deliver orders promptly while ensuring presentation and quality.
✅ Handling Customer Requests – Assist guests with menu choices, dietary needs, and special requests.
✅ Maintaining Cleanliness – Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
✅ Processing Payments – Handle bills, collect payments (cash/card), and provide receipts.
✅ Upselling & Recommendations – Suggest specials, promotions, or additional items to enhance the dining experience.
✅ Coordinating with Kitchen & Bar Staff – Ensure smooth communication for quick and efficient service.
✅ Handling Complaints & Feedback – Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
✅ Following Hygiene & Safety Standards – Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
