Role Overview:
We are looking for a courteous and energetic Waiter to join our team at a popular vegetarian restaurant in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

Greet and seat customers with a friendly demeanor.
Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations.
Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.

Order Management:

Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are correct.
Attend to guests’ needs during their meal and respond to special requests.

Table Maintenance:

Clear and clean tables efficiently after guests leave.
Prepare tables for the next guests, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.

Billing and Payments:

Deliver bills to customers and handle payments accurately.
Address any billing inquiries or issues professionally.

Restaurant Upkeep:

Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and service stations.
Assist in setting up the restaurant for daily operations.

Customer Engagement:

Ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
Address complaints or concerns with a polite and solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience as a waiter or in customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with vegetarian dishes and dietary preferences is a plus.
Fluent in Kannada and English; additional languages are an advantage.
