Artifex HR is hiring hostess for Cafe based on Thousand Lights, Chennai. 2 POSITIONS OPEN
Experience - Freshers or 1 year experience

CTC - up to 25 K

Immediate Joiner Preferred.

Cafe timing : 11 AM to 11 PM.

Candidate will be working in 2 shifts.

Accommodation and food can be provided for suitable candidates.

Role:

Greetings guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.

Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions

Seating guests at the table or in waiting areas.

Assigning guests to tables while keeping tables in rotation so that waiters serve the optimum number of tables.

Engaging with guests and responding to complaints and helping them to resolve.
