Walk-In Drive @ Tech Mahindra for Technical Support Associate (International Voice Process)

We are hiring for Technical Support Associates (International Voice Process)
Work Location: Tech Mahindra Hinjewadi Phase-3
Notice Period: Preferably Immediate joiners.
****NOTE: Walk in or send cv only if have good written and verbal communication skills****
Key Qualifications & Skills Required:
1.Should be an IT Science Graduate (BCA, BSC etc.) (not mandatory if candidate has relevant experience)
2. No Undergraduates preferred
3.Experience in Technical Support would be preferred
Job Description
1.Candidate should be aware of basic technical knowledge
2.Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
3.Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift), comfortable to work in night shifts.
4.Transport facility available (Pick & Drop).
Skill Set:
Password reset & Account unlock (AD and other applications)
Active Directory account management
MS office application issues
Remote Desktop Management
MS Outlook issues (profile creation, PST, permissions, calendar sharing, delegation)
Creation/Access Management of Network Drives and Shared Folders
Browser trouble shooting
Wireless troubleshooting
Operating System Troubleshooting
Office 365/Windows 10 issues
Installation and Troubleshooting of approved software
Printers - Troubleshooting & Printer Access
Basic L1 Laptop & Desktop Troubleshooting
VPN troubleshooting
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS MANDATORY
Candidate should carry an original & a Photocopy of the Aadhar card.
