Job Description
Walk-In Drive – US IT Recruiter (OPT Hiring Specialist)
Location: Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru (Onsite)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Walk-In Dates: 4th, 5th & 6th December
Time Slots:
11 AM – 1 PM
1 PM – 4 PM
4 PM – 7 PM
About the Role: We are hiring US IT Recruiters with experience in sourcing and engaging OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card candidates for US-based training & placement programs.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from Dice, Monster, DesiOPT, and other portals
- Recruit OPT/CPT, H4 EAD, USC, and Green Card candidates
- Post job ads and conduct initial screening
- Maintain candidate database and pipeline
- Explain compensation and training details
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
Requirements:
- 0–4+ years of US IT Recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation
- Experience with OPT/CPT hiring preferred
- Target-oriented and proactive
