Job Description
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in application support
- 2-3 years' experience in packaging using Windows Installer / AppX / MSIX / App-V is preferred
- Good knowledge in SCCM Software deployment. (SCCM 2012 / 2016)
- Good knowledge of Active Directory.
- Good knowledge in Packaging tools like Flexera Install shield / Orca / Wise Package Studio / AppV Sequencer / MSIX Packaging Tool
- Extensive fault finding and troubleshooting experience in Win 7 and Win 10 - 32bit & 64 Bit.
- Very good in VBScript / PowerShell / batch script.
- Good Communication and Technical Documentation skills.
- Willing to Work in shifts
