Conducts claims processing activities which include consolidation of documents submitted, analyzes claims, processes claims payments, sends correspondences, coordinates with external clients and in-country personnel for product concerns, and other administrative concerns.

Stores and consolidates all documents received in a database management system

Analyzes and evaluates claims submitted by client based on documentations

Processes payments and charges to enter in financial system

Prepares correspondences to be sent to clients
Preferred skills:

Excellent English Communication Skills (verbal and written)

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Willingness to learn

Bachelor’s degree in any branch of discipline. Result awaiting candidates can also apply.
