Job Description
Zycus is hiring AI Interns with strong Generative AI acumen to work across multiple business and technology functions. This is not a role limited to SRE or DevOps—interns will be mapped to teams based on their skills, interests, and strengths.
You will get an opportunity to apply GenAI in real-world enterprise scenarios across customer-facing, product, and internal platforms.
Internship DetailsDuration: 6 Months
Stipend: INR 25,000 per month
Full-Time Opportunity: High performers will be considered for full-time roles in relevant teams
Selected interns will be deployed across one of the following teams:
Professional Services – AI-driven implementation, automation in delivery
Customer Success – AI for customer insights, renewals, and engagement
Technical Support – AI-led ticketing, chatbot enablement, issue resolution
Spend/Product Team – AI use cases within procurement and SaaS products
ITIS (Internal IT Systems) – AI for internal automation and productivity
Zycus University (Training) – AI-driven learning, content generation, enablement
Engineering (Java Team) – Building AI-integrated enterprise applications
SRE / DevOps – AI-driven reliability, monitoring, and automation
Security – AI in threat detection, risk analysis, and compliance
