We are hiring for Sales Officer and Sales Officer In Training in Reliance Retails - Ajio Business for our channel sales distribution general trade module.

1. Position : Sales Officer / Sales Officer In Training 
2. Salary : 3 Lac Max CTC PA + Incentives + DA
3. Experience : 0 to 6 Years experience in Field Sales (freshers can also apply)
4. Education : Graduate / Under Graduate / 12+ Diploma

Job Description:

- The Sales officer / Sales Officer In Training is the point of contact for the customer (retailers and wholesalers)

- Handles the enrolling of customers for the products and services on the Reliance Ajio B2B platform within the assigned territory

- Completion and validation of database of retailers based on market visits within the territory

- Profiling of every retailer within the database and initial coverage to ascertain interest and enrolling prospects

- Responsible for recruitment and on-boarding of interested retailers and wholesalers, building and maintaining strong professional relationships with them

- Driving the usage and adoption of products and services on the Reliance Ajio B2B platform

- Responsible for demonstration and hand holding of each customer in the initial stages of the platform adoption to ensure that the discovery and ordering processes are in place

- Responsible for training and also troubleshooting for his set of customers with respect to the platform and any of its products or services

- Responsible for achieving on-boarding targets, adoption targets, sales targets and delivery of high quality customer service to existing and potential customers

- Take care of pre-order, post-order payment collection from customers and returns validation

- Ideal candidate should be proficient in his/her local language(s)
- The job involves visiting retailers in the market hence Two Wheeler and Driving license will be needed
- The candidate should have a valid Aadhaar card
