- We are looking for a highly ambitious self-starting lead generation executive to join our fast growing sales team in for our real estate products. Your responsibilities include
- Proven success in complete sales ability and good knowledge of sales process and exposure in Identifying, & generating business and achieve monthly revenue/targets.
- Generate leads to qualify through cold calling and out-bound calling efforts
- Identify and qualify opportunities that will grow revenue
- Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities
- Develop new client relationships via cold calling
- Book qualified meetings when there is a clear opportunity for a project

- Qualify leads based on set criteria
- Contribute to growing sales pipeline and take advantage of market opportunities
- Maintaining an active lead generation plan.
- Set up meetings with client and understand their needs
- Build relationship with the respective clients.
