Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
1. Managing and Handling product and process end to end training for (NHT) Newly hired Trainee, OJT (On Job Training), PIP(Performance Improvement Plan) for Bottom, Mid and Top Quartile Insurance Experts
2.Creating Monthly/Weekly Training need analysis (TNA) reports and conduct training and activity sessions to enhance the performance.
3. Conducting Product Knowledge Test(PKT) for Insurance Experts as well as team leaders monthly.
4. Grooming executives and co-workers
5. Close working with operation team during launch of new products and application.
6. Mentoring and supporting the quality team
7. Product Knowledge Test to gauge the understanding of product on floor.
8. Dip check activities.
9. Training activities to motivate the associates and help in achieving quality and process performance
