Job Overview:

We are looking for a well-groomed, enthusiastic, and confident Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, handling calls and inquiries, supporting office coordination, and maintaining a pleasant and organized front office environment.

This is not just a front desk role — the selected candidate should be willing to take on multiple tasks, learn quickly, and support the team wherever required. Fluency in any language, strong presentation, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management

  • Greet walk-in clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.

  • Maintain a presentable and welcoming reception area.

  • Manage visitor records, appointment schedules, and ensure guests are attended to promptly.

2. Telephone & Communication Handling

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Handle customer inquiries about available properties or services, and route them accordingly.

3. Office Administration Support

  • Assist with daily office tasks such as photocopying, document filing, email handling, and courier management.

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

  • Support administrative staff or sales team when needed for data entry, client coordination, or follow-ups.

4. Coordination with Sales Team

  • Maintain meeting schedules and appointment calendars for property visits or client meetings.

  • Keep basic information ready regarding projects/properties to answer basic queries.

  • Provide updates to clients on the availability of agents or their appointments.

5. Record Keeping & Data Entry

  • Maintain databases of walk-in customers, leads, vendors, or service providers.

  • Assist with data entry related to property listings, client information, and inquiries.

  • Ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

6. Task Ownership & Multi-Tasking

  • Take initiative in managing tasks beyond traditional receptionist duties.

  • Coordinate small office events, team meetings, or visitor refreshments when required.

  • Be open to taking new responsibilities and learning aspects of real estate support work.

  • Must be fluent in any language (Hindi, English, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, etc.)
