Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Beauty and Skin Care Services
-
Perform facial treatments suited to various skin types (normal, oily, dry, combination, sensitive).

Conduct clean-ups, bleach, detan treatments, and advanced skin therapies as per salon offerings.

Advise clients on skincare routines and recommend products or treatments based on their skin concerns.
2. Hair Care Services
-
Provide basic hair services like hair cutting, trimming, shampooing, blow-drying, ironing, and styling.

Apply hair spa, oil massage, and scalp treatments.

Offer hair coloring, highlights, straightening, smoothening, or keratin treatments (if trained).

Ensure hygienic and proper use of hair tools and salon equipment.
3. Makeup and Grooming
-
Apply makeup for events such as weddings, parties, and photo shoots based on client preferences.

Provide daily and occasional makeup including basic, HD, or airbrush (if trained).

Advise clients on suitable makeup products, skin tones, and cosmetic enhancements.
4. Threading and Waxing
-
Provide facial threading services (eyebrows, upper lips, forehead, chin).

Offer body waxing services including arms, legs, underarms, back, bikini, and full-body waxing.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards while performing waxing and threading.
5. Manicure & Pedicure Services
-
Perform regular and spa manicure and pedicure treatments.

Offer nail care services including nail trimming, polishing, and cuticle treatment.

Apply nail paints and basic nail art (if trained).
6. Customer Service & Client Care
-
Greet clients warmly and provide consultations to understand their needs.

Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with clients to ensure repeat business.

Recommend appropriate beauty products, packages, and membership plans.
7. Cleanliness and Hygiene
-
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of beauty tools and treatment rooms before and after each service.

Follow health and safety protocols, including the use of gloves, aprons, and disinfectants.

Ensure the workstation is well-stocked and neatly arranged.
8. Upselling and Retail
-
Promote in-house beauty products, skincare, and haircare items to clients.
-
Suggest value-added services or packages based on client preferences.
-
Help meet individual and team sales targets.
