Key Responsibilities
1. Site Inspection & Technical Assessment

Conduct on-site visits to residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Inspect buildings and structures to assess quality, construction status, compliance with approved plans, and potential defects.

Measure built-up areas and verify site dimensions using tools or architectural drawings.

Capture photographs and prepare basic sketches during site evaluations.
2. Data Collection & Documentation

Collect property-related documents such as sale deeds, sanctioned plans, tax receipts, and approvals.

Cross-check information provided by clients or real estate agents with actual site conditions.

Record observations and measurements in prescribed formats for valuation purposes.
3. Valuation Support
-
Assist in determining the market value, distress value, and reinstatement cost of properties based on site data, local rates, and technical parameters.

Collaborate with certified valuers, chartered engineers, or legal teams to prepare accurate valuation reports.

Analyze real estate market trends, building materials rates, and depreciation methods relevant to valuation.
4. Report Preparation

Draft site inspection notes, property condition summaries, and structural observations.

Support the preparation of final valuation reports for banks, financial institutions, or clients.

Ensure technical terminology, units, and calculations are used appropriately in all documentation.
5. Engineering Analysis (as applicable)

Review construction drawings, architectural layouts, or structural plans.

Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimations for small projects or renovations.

Provide inputs on design feasibility and construction methodology if required.
6. Coordination & Client Interaction
-
Liaise with property owners, contractors, legal representatives, and municipal authorities during inspections.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams and update project progress.

Respond to queries from clients or financial institutions related to valuation and engineering documents.
