Job Description

+2/Any Degree Female Candidate is required for the post of Office Assistant.
Working Hours:- 2pm-6pm.
Active & Trustful Candidate is expected.
Salary will be around Rs.5000/-per month.
Training period is 1 month & Salary is Rs.4000/-.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Clerical and Administrative Support

    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including letters, emails, and courier packages.

    • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as directed by managers.

    • Maintain accurate records and organize files (both physical and digital).

  2. Reception and Front Desk Duties

    • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.

    • Answer and direct phone calls or emails to appropriate departments.

    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  3. Data Entry and Record Maintenance

    • Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, or internal systems.

    • Keep employee records, attendance, or inventory logs up to date.

    • Generate simple reports when required.

  4. Office Supplies and Inventory Management

    • Monitor stock levels of office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and pantry items.

    • Place purchase requests and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment.

    • Maintain proper records of purchases and usage.

  5. Support to Staff and Management

    • Assist senior executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, or expense tracking.

    • Provide administrative support during meetings, such as preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing notes.

    • Help in organizing office events, training sessions, or company activities.

  6. Documentation and Filing

    • Maintain systematic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.

    • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.

    • Archive outdated records while keeping active files well-organized.

  7. General Office Management

    • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.

    • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and IT support teams to resolve office issues.

    • Support day-to-day operational needs as assigned by supervisors.
